Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that your chair is now in good working order, but we sincerely apologize for the initial experience you had with our support team. The information you were first given regarding the loose screw was incorrect, and we understand your frustration. Providing accurate technical advice and efficient solutions is our priority, and it is clear we missed the mark in the beginning. We have taken note of this incident to improve our internal training and ensure this doesn't happen again. We appreciate your patience while we sent the replacement part and remain at your disposal for any further assistance. The Nordlys team

Tiimi Nordlys
