ARTICLE 1 — Preamble
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the site nordlysfurniture.com ("the Site") about how their personal data is collected and processed, their rights regarding this data, the identity of the data controller and recipients of this data, as well as the Site's cookie policy.

ARTICLE 3 — Data collected and processed during navigation on the Site
3.1 — Data collected and purposes
Personal data is collected when the user fills out the contact form, subscribes to the newsletter, creates a user account, provides their email address, or places an order on the Site.
Their collection and processing serve the following purposes: management of the customer area, order shipment, sending the newsletter and information about the company's news, monitoring service quality, improving the technical relevance of the Site (speed, usability), and managing cookies. ARTICLE 6 — Modification of the privacy policy
The Site publisher reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to ensure compliance with applicable law.
