Returns
You have fourteen days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal with Nordlys for exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging with the invoice and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the order refund.
The refund for the product is processed upon receipt of the returned product(s).produced by Nordlys.
In the event of a return, the product must be kept and repackaged in its original packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return.
In the event of loss of the package or cancellation of the order, Nordlys undertakes to fully refund the product within 14 days.
In case of a complaint, please send it to us by email via the contact forma detailed description of the item being requested and photos of the product.
We are committed to finding a satisfactory solution for the customer as quickly as possible.

Deliveries
The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered in mainland France or in the following area(s):
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
Deliveries take place within 2 to 5 days to the address indicated by the Customer when placing their order on the website.
Delivery is constituted by the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more Products, the Products ordered will be delivered in one go.
The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the deadlines specified above.
If the ordered Products have not been delivered within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the Customer's own actions, the sale may be cancelled at the Customer's written request under the conditions set out in Articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Client will then be returned to him no later than fourteen days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or deduction.
Deliveries are made by an independent carrier, to the address given by the Customer when ordering and which the carrier can easily access.
When the Customer has himself taken charge of using a carrier that he chooses himself, the delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the Products ordered by the Seller are handed over to the carrier who has accepted them without reservations. The Customer therefore acknowledges that it is up to the carrier to make the delivery and has no warranty claim against the Seller in the event of non-delivery of the goods transported.
In the event of a specific request from the Customer concerning the conditions of packaging or transport of the products ordered, duly accepted in writing by the Seller, the related costs will be the subject of additional specific invoicing, on an estimate previously accepted in writing by the customer.
The Customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products. They have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit any claims by mail and email, accompanied by all supporting documentation (including photos). After this period, and if these formalities have not been observed, the Products will be deemed compliant and free from any apparent defects, and no claim will be validly accepted by the Seller.
The Seller will reimburse or replace, as soon as possible and at its own expense, any Products delivered whose non-conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions stipulated in Articles L 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and those provided for in these General Terms and Conditions.
The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration relating thereto will only be carried out when the Customer takes physical possession of the Products. The Products therefore travel at the Seller's risk and peril except when the Customer has chosen the carrier himself. As such, the risks are transferred at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier.
Right of withdrawal and returns
According to the terms of the article LArticle 221-18 of the Consumer Code states: "For contracts providing for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the period runs from the receipt of the first item."
The right of withdrawal can be exercised online, using the withdrawal form attached and also available on the site or any other statement, unambiguous, expressing the desire to withdraw and in particular by postal mail addressed to the Seller at the postal or email address indicated in ARTICLE 1 of the GCS.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be resold in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products are not taken back.
The return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Returns should be sent to our warehouse: Condi Services, 20 Rue du Gravelin, 59496 Salomé, France. Returns must be accompanied by a return label indicating your order number.
The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions provided for in this article.
